Simple Salad, with Spinach, Roasted Pumkin Seeds, Cream Cheese and Olives

For 1 person

6 Leaves of Green Salad

1 Cup of Fresh Spinach

2 Tablespoons Roasted Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

1 Tablespoon of Cream Cheese (optional)

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Seas Salt (optional)

1 Tablespoon of Kalamata Olives (optional)

1 Tablespoon of Green Olives

Take the Green Salad and wash by hand, and shake of the access water, do the same with the fresh Spinach. Put in a soup plate, add the Cream Cheese in big chunks (about 1 cm² or 0.5 inch²) add the Olives and Olive Oil, sprinkle with Sea Salt. 

Serve with a baked Whole Wheat Burrito in Olive Oil or some bread and/or Potatoes and Soup.

Variety: Wrap the whole salad up in the Baked Burrito.
