Baked Bananas and Pears

 For 2 persons

2 Bananas

1 Pear

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons of Dark Chocolate (optional)

2 Tablespoons of Whipped Cream (optional)

Cut the Bananas in halve, and slice it in half. Peal the pears,  cut in four pieces, cut out the middle.

Take a small frying pan and heat up the Olive Oil, put in the Bananas and Pear, bake until brown, and caramelized. Serve as a breakfast or dessert. 

When served as a dessert add Chocolate and a little water, melt the Chocolate and add Whipped Cream.
