Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
For 2 Persons
2 1/2 kilo Biological Potatoes
25/50 gr Butter
100 ml Milk
+/- 5 Pepper Grains
1 Whole Nutmeg
1 table Spoon of Commercial Sea Salt
1 Table spoon of Sea Salt
The best Potatoes are New Potatoes.
Just put the Potatoes in a pan and add Boiling Water (from a water boiler, or simply boil the water with the potatoes). Add 1 table Spoon of Commercial Sea Salt.
Boil for 20/30 minutes.
Crush the Pepper grains and Nutmeg. The best way is with a Mortar and a Pestle. Otherwise simply grind the pepper and rasp the Nutmeg.
Throw out the water, and wash them off with some water.
Add the milk with the hot pan and potatoes, and boil the milk.
Now add the butter, Crushed Nutmeg and Crushed Pepper Grains, and Mash with a Masher.
Add boiling water for perfect consistency.
Add the quality Sea Salt.
Serve with Salad (Avocado Salad, Iceberg Salad with Roasted Sunflower Pits) and Panir or Tofu Steaks or Fried Eggplant with Kurkuma
