Vegan Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

For 2 Persons

2 1/2 kilo Biological Potatoes
25 ml Olive Oil
100/200 ml Boiling Water
+/- 5 Pepper Grains
1 Whole Nutmeg
1 table Spoon of Commercial Sea Salt
1 Table spoon of Sea Salt


The best Potatoes are New Potatoes.
Just put the Potatoes in a pan and add Boiling Water (from a water boiler, or simply boil the water with the potatoes). Add 1 table Spoon of Commercial Sea Salt.
Boil for 20/30 minutes.
Crush the Pepper grains and Nutmeg. The best way is with a Mortar and a Pestle. Otherwise simply grind the pepper and rasp the Nutmeg.
Throw out the water, and wash them off with some water.
Add some boiling water with the hot pan and potatoes.
Now add the Crushed Nutmeg and Crushed Pepper Grains, and Mash with a Masher (Optional: add a little Olive Oil).
Add boiling water for perfect consistency.

Add the quality Sea Salt.

Serve with Olive Oil, Salad (Avocado SaladIceberg Salad with Roasted Sunflower Pits) and Panir or Tofu Steaks or Fried Eggplant with Kurkuma
