Salsa

For 2 persons

1/2 cup of canned Tomatoes

1 teaspoon of Cumin Powder

1 teaspoon of Nutmeg

1 tablespoon of Flower (whole wheat is fine)

1 teapspoon of Parsley

1 teaspoon of Tabasco (optional)

1 tablespoon of Cane Sugar

1 teaspoon of Asafetida

1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

Heat the Oilive Oil in a pan, add the Asafetida, and fry it for a few seconds, add the Nutmeg,  and Cumin powder, and add the canned Tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Add the Sugar and Flower. Let it cool off.


Serve with Tortilla Chips
